About Penny:
I am a broker with the well respected #1 HomeLife brokerage in Canada, HomeLife/Bayview Realty Inc., assisting clientele with buying and selling their residential homes or investment properties. My career in real estate took shape when, after a 25 year accounting career within the insurance industry a secondary interest, real estate, particularly the art of negotiations with which I had become familiar, beckoned. 

For the most part, my sales are in Toronto and York Region. Toronto because the city is inate to me having lived in all four corners before moving to York Region in 1987 and thereafter commuting daily to the office until 2002. So a special bond with Toronto was formed bolstered more so by my appreciation for her historic housing styles, their varied complexities and the intricacies involved in selling them.

York Region because it is now my home and an area that I love. Her housing although generally younger, less complex and mostly different with smaller communities requires additional knowledge and a varied negotiating technique.  

These together with past management accounting experience keep my skills honed thereby allowing me to marry them to the utmost benefit of my clients.
