A. Woo, Markham:This summer, after returning from a vacation abroad, I decided to put my condo up for sale and buy a house.  I met with several Realtors as I frequented many open houses & couldn't decide which agent to sign with.  I then met Penny, who was also showing an open house, and was very impressed from that first meeting with both her knowledge of the housing market and her warmth.  She offered to send me by e-mail the current listings in the area and the rest, as we say, is history. 
 
Her intelligence, her patience and her integrity shone through from that first meeting and what could have been a tedious, consuming task turned into a summer of well, believe it or not, fun.
 
She advised and assisted me in how to "stage" the condo which obviously worked as it was sold in a very short period of time.  She also knew from our discussions exactly what I wanted in a house and didn't waste any time showing me any that she knew wouldn't be suitable. 
 
I am currently the proud owner of a beautiful home in a lovely area which I purchased for a very reasonable price.
 
I highly recommend Penny and consider myself extremely fortunate to have had the privilege of dealing with such a knowledgeable, ethical, patient Realtor who never hesitated to go above and beyond the call of duty.
